Digital Content Policy

All in-game purchases, including Gems, Gold, and the Pro Season Pass, are considered “Digital Content.” By making a purchase, you acknowledge that the content is delivered to your account immediately. Therefore, you waive your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started.

Non-Refundable Items

Consumables such as Gems and Gold are non-refundable once credited. The Pro Season Pass is also not eligible for a refund because it provides immediate bonuses and access to progression rewards.

Exceptions and Technical Issues

If you were charged but did not receive Gems or Gold because of a technical error, contact support within 72 hours so the transaction can be verified and manually credited.

  3. ChargebacksInitiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider without first contacting our support team may result in the permanent termination of your Hoomeez account to prevent fraud.
  4. Statutory RightsThis policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
