Hoomeez Account Deletion and Data Security
At Hoomeez, we understand the importance of data privacy and security. This page explains how you can delete your account and what happens to your data when you do so. This process is in line with Google Play’s and AppStore policies and international laws.
Deleting Your Account
You have the right to delete your Hoomeez account at any time. Please follow these steps to do so:
- Open the Hoomeez app
- Navigate to the settings menu
- Click on the ‘Delete Account’ option
- Confirm your decision
Please note, this action is irreversible.
Please be aware that once you choose to delete your account, you will lose access to any saved progress in the game, as well as any purchased or earned items.
Data Security After Account Deletion
When you delete your account, we will remove all personal information associated with your account from our servers. This includes your registration data, game progress, and any other information stored in your account. It might take up to 30 days for complete deletion due to technical reasons.
Please note, some anonymized, aggregated data may remain in our system for analytical purposes. However, this data cannot be linked back to your identity, ensuring your continued privacy.
Data Backup
Before you delete your account, you may choose to backup your data. You can do this through the settings menu within the app. Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover this data.
